about

This track is one of the few written entirely in Cubase, the way I normally compose.

It has a well-deserved place on this album as a rare instrumental track written during particularly emotional times that eschewed the bile and vitriol normally associated with DeathBoy material.

Once in a while, despite the slings and arrows of the time, I still sat down and wrote something deliciously techno, free of worries and filled with the memories of putting hands in the air, smiling broadly and giving up love to the big DJ in the sky.

Which isn't to say I suddenly found God, that's never happened yet, but what spirituality I have is made of my passion for music, the thing I can lose myself in and in which I find some happiness and peace.

The track name was intended to indicate the gentle bliss of letting the day's pain wash away.
